Cooking Suggestions

Thaw inside refrigerator. Remove the hard beak at the tentacle center before cooking. Blanch shortly then stirfry with chili and scallions, grill or cook in hotpot. Make sure fully cooked before serving.

Storage Instructions

Store frozen at 18°C or below. Do not refreeze after thawing. Cook promptly once defrosted.
